Submitted I-130 to Texas and just received NOA1 from California Service Center -- anyone else have a similar experience or received any explanation? I think I'll call customer service...

JimZim

I'm not sure if it is the same for I-130 as it is for I-129F, but all of the I-129F that are submitted to Texas are transferred to CSC...maybe someone else knows...but I think it is normal. alicia

Yes all family based immigration petitions submitted to TSC, and NSC get transfered to CSC, that includes I-129F, and I-130 petitions.

If you look at the processing times pages on USCIS website for NSC, and TSC you wont see I-129F, or I-130 petitions because they go to CSC.

You still need to send your petitions to the address indicated in the instructins, so if you were supossed to send to Texas, or Nebraska then continue sending to those locations.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Rickmt - the online processing dates appear to be almost meaningless, unless you are looking for a worst case scenario. The Immigration Timelines on this site are much more helpful for seeing an average processing time, although of course some take longer.
