temporary to permenant green card

Timeline

does it mean..from marriage date.or greencard issued date

For example if married in june 2011 and then got here in May 2012, tempoarary greencard is good untill May 2014.

so when should that person should apply for removal of conditions in april 2013 or april 2014?

please advice.

It's from the POE date I believe but the expiry date should be on the green card. It's called the Removal of Conditions and there is a sub-forum dedicated to exactly that.

Moving to Removing conditions forum.

It's done within 90 days period, NOT 3 months, before the expiration date of green card (resident since date).
