one of my friend is also under k1 petition and he has big worries on his situation now. it was like 2 months ago and he admitted that he was under the influenced of drug abuse, and it was methamphetamine. he confessed to his fiancee and was forgiven by her.he was just having problems at that moment that lead him to do such thing. now, his upcoming medical exam will be 2 weeks from now and is worried it will be detected during the blood test..what do u think is the best thing to do so that his system will be clean and no positive results of methamphetamine will show?..how long does it usually stays in the blood system?

no i just want to know what are the nice way to do so that the drug chemicals will be eliminated in the body or blood system.will doing exercise helps in cleaning the system>?

If it is in your system it is in your system. You can't speed up the process.

I don't take drugs myself so can't/won't help you any further.

I will ask you this. If he gets asked at the medical if he has taken any drugs, and he lies and says no, and he is found out, that is a pretty sure automatic exclusion.

Something to think about. Was it REALLY worth the risk?

Having used drugs at anytime in your past can be a reason for denial... if you lie about it then that just makes it worse.... there is nothing in life that is so bad that someone has to take illegal drugs... if you are depressed go see a doctor... to say I took methamphetamine because of a few thing happening in your life is just a very bad excuse....

My thought on this most first time drug users start out on something a bit milder. Meth seems like quite a harsh drug to take or do or whatever the usage is for it, just because you are going through difficult times. My guess America has enough drug addicts, do we really need any more? If one can make such a stupid mistake when going through this process, they don't need to receive a visa. A past mistake, okay you pick up and move on hell we all make mistakes. My problem is this person knew they would be scrutinized in this process and made the choice to do it anyways. Maybe my opinion is harsh but it is the way I feel, and I am not about to tell anyone they are going to get away with it I hope they don't!

If you are still using drugs and you only want to cleanse your system to pass this medical then you are committing fraud. Don't go to the medical and vacate the K-1 until you are clean and sober for good. I don't want to see another active druggie enter this country. Illegal drug use brings with it crime and a further burden on our medical system.

If you are going to continue to use drugs, use them in your own country.
