omg Almost Approved - need to fix 2 things

My hubby had his interview today. He answered all the questions correct except one and it wasn't his fault! I gave him the date of my second visit September 22, 2012 the day I left Chicago but my passport is stamped September 23. So he told them in interview September 22. She said the date didn't match (she was looking at passport stamp)

He got a Section 221(g) Documents showing spouses trip to Kosovo in 2012.

Then they totally misunderstood my AOS. I have two incomes, self-employment and social security. Combined I am at the $25,000 per year mark, but the embassy thinks I will loose my SS because I'm married. NOT TRUE. My self-employment income alone is below the mark, so they say I need a joint sponsor. So he got a Section 212(a)(4) public charge.

I just heard back from our lawyer, she told me what documents to collect, ticket stubs, trip itinerary, letter from social security stating by benefits and that they do not terminate by marriage, and my 2012 taxes.

OMG my husband is SO CLOSE to having his visa they just need to accept these things and they said he can have his visa in 3 HOURS when he comes back to embassy!! After sitting up all night and drinking coffee I don't know if I'm shaking more from the news or the coffee!!!! I wanna cry! stress....deep breath

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

you can printing that you don't lost you beneficit in the social security web page,is easy and you don't have to do taxes is you earn below 25,000. You can printing in the same web.

I got my social security statement and when I explained to the guy what the embassy misunderstood, he printed out a page that explains how I keep my benefits and he signed it! :thumbs:

This may be a dumb question, but do I put AP for interview result in my Timeline? They said hubby will get his visa when they receive and accept the new papers. He does not need another interview.
