Hi Jackie , Great thats give me hope :)) i called them today in the morning but it wasnt in the system yet .. i will give them a call now maybe they assigned a no. in those 8 hours .

Yesterday I called NVC asking for my Case Number. The girl told me I will hear something in about 10-20 days. Today I received the e-mail with all the information!!!!!! I am so happy right now!!!!!!

Saylin- She asked me for my email add only, I'm the beneficiary. She gave me my case # and 1 more # its 8 numbers. Send them the email for the DS-3032? I'm sorry for all the ?'s What is ep? The 8 number she gave me is that the IIN #?

Call back and make sure they have the petitioner's email address on file. If you attached a G-1145 with the I-130 petition, it's possible they may have it already, but definitely call back today to confim.

When you're on the phone with them, get the other missing number. Besides the case number (which starts with the 3-letter embassy code), there's two other numbers you need. The other numbers (Invoice Identification Number and Beneficiary Identification Number) both have 8 digits. I'm guessing they gave you the IIN though. Get the BIN as it's needed to fill out online forms.

No DS-3032 for you. You're required to do online forms, so you'll be filling out the DS-261 online.

Please go back to posts 1 and 2 and read everything. Then re-read everything. Pay particular attention to EP and online forms as that's what you're going to be doing.

Super HAPPY just got my case number! :dance: :dance: The rep said they are going to email me something? Not to do anything until they email me. She toook my email add, gave me my case # and gave me the other #. What should I do now? As all of you I'm ready to end this process.

We are still moving together! :D I got my number today too!!! :dance::dance: Plus she told me the same thing. I will call back tomorrow to see if there is an invoice number. I think that is what she was saying to wait for. She said my case was just entered today so I assume there is a small wait for the invoice number.


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down

Got my case (and other) numbers last week on Monday.

I went on and did everything I could since then - OPTIN e-mail (still no response on that one), did the DS-261 online, paid the AOS.

I am still waiting for the ability to pay the IV Bill. Called today and they told me that the DS-261 was processed this morning and I should be able to pay the IV Bill within a couple of days.

Tonight I do a final review of the I-864's (we are using a joint sponsor) and submit it tomorrow. Then wait for the ability to pay the IV Bill and do the DS-260. I want to get through the process and get to Montreal and get it all done!!

Anyone have a ballpark idea how long it is between case complete at NVC and a Montreal interview these days?
