Loomis - Undeliverable?

Just curious if anyone else has had issues with this branch? My waybill showed up online on February 21 and I immediately emailed Loomis to deliver it to me. I received the auto-reply from Loomis but no call for payment yet.

The waybill information says it was "undeliverable" on Feb. 21 and again this morning.

Undeliverable means it is ready for pick up at their branch. I would give their 1-800 number a call, you may be on hold for a while.

Update:

I called the loomis number and was told that the US Consulate/Loomis does not work by telephone - only by the csc@loomis-express.com email. He suggested I send another (that will be 3 now) email to them and they will contact me.

We waited so long to finally have the interview that waiting to get the Visa in hand is torture. /sigh. :( Venting over. I'll now wait (not so) patiently for them to call me.

If it's not too far away I wouldn't wait for a call but just go down and check. :)

January 25, 2016 - N400 Application Mailed

May 11, 2016 - Citizenship Interview + same-day Oath ceremony!

I had it say undeliverable every day for almost a week. I called and they told me it was ready for pickup even though it said undeliverable. I ended up just driving down to the location and sure enough, it was there waiting for me. I could've had it almost a week earlier too! If it's not too far away I wouldn't wait for a call but just go down and check. :)

Trust me, I wanted to but it was a 3 1/2 hour drive away! They ended up calling me that afternoon and it was delivered yesterday! :dance:

I also received the new Processing Fee Letter from USCIS - a new fee of $165 to be paid by all immigrant visas granted after February 1, 2013. ..sigh.. Paid it and added it to my long list of expenses :)
