Thought I'd share this with you all. We addressed our concern about the delay to our Senator's Office on Monday and got a swift response from the CSC after they made an inquiry on our behalf. Below is

Well well then... I just got the below update on their website and have updated my timeline. As mentioned, this is what I expected, so I'll let everyone know what it's about when know.

"On February 28, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested."

Coincidence? That can't be so...

really happy that u finally got an answer .. am hoping u get a quick response for your RFE... now am sure i will be getting one as my stupid lawyer didnt add a letter of intent to

marry=--- and is still telling me its not needed until the embassy phase.. its frustrating to go through lawyers , paying all this money to have someone get you all screwed.. good luck ..i know you waited forever

My Lawyer is still telling me the same thing, so let's see what my RFE is about. It maybe for something else or that and other things. I'll be in touch the moment I find out.

My Lawyer is still telling me the same thing, so let's see what my RFE is about. It maybe for something else or that and other things. I'll be in touch the moment I find out.

I really wish you good luck bc you've been soo soo patient.. honestly its been a nightmare but at least am seeing my fiancee in 3 weeks .. that will make me feel better for a minute .. not that i can afford it but its been 8 months and she is really stressing out .. :))

I'm planning on attending the interview with my Fiancee at the Embassy, so the sooner we can schedule the interview the sooner we'll be together again. I spent two weeks with her in October, so it's been 4 months for us now...

Thanks and good for you! I'm sure that will take the edge off of things a bit. I'm planning on attending the interview with my Fiancee at the Embassy, so the sooner we can schedule the interview the sooner we'll be together again. I spent two weeks with her in October, so it's been 4 months for us now...

I'll speak with our Lawyer tomorrow as I'm not 100% sure, but I've read many reviews stating that both were there for the actual interview with the CO at the Manila Embassy. I believe it's ok.

It depends on the embassy, it is allowed at Manila.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

It looks like we've seen more approvals at CSC lately... hope it means something. Plus they removed the message about the 30-45 days delay.

The next update on processing times is set for tomorrow right? what is your guys' bet on what it will be?

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014
