I read somewhere that i need to write our case number on the top right hand corner of each and every paper for the AOS and IV is that true? (for both the originals and copies?--Cos i wont be writing on our MC his BC nor PR... Maybe i misread but now that im wondering i cant find where i read that. :|

I know this is true in submitting RFE documents to NVC. Writing the case number clearly on the upper-right hand corner of all documents.

I didn't write the case numbers on my AOS & IV documents.

I wrote our case number on every document sent to NVC as my in my emails, I was instructed to do so. The documents should be easier to find if they're misplaced when there's a case number written on them to track it. In my personal opinion, I would definitely write the case number on each document to save yourself some trouble or to make sure there is no trouble.

for original documents just write case# on a sticky note and attach.

I had a rubber stamp made with our case# (well I had 1100 pages to stamp of evidence). But sticky note for sure

It is best to write the case number. In my case , they lost documents . I have to resent everything just write your case number with pencil in case if you afraid their is any problems in the future.

They are dropping and losing peoples papers all the time the case# helps them to help u. Just write on a sticky note they do recommend writing on original.

To be on the safe side i'm you and i would write it on a small sticky note and staple it in the corner of the certificates if you don't want to write on them. And you can always get another BC, MC, PC it is not that expensive or much of a hasle to get this in DR.

They loose papers and sticky notes, even if you staple them on. They can and do get torn off. I wrote my case number in black ink on ALL my documents sent to NVC (including MC, BC, and PC). No problems and my case was processed quickly.

you could just do it in light pencil and then erase it off when you get your originals. I understamd how you feel.
