G-325A question

For those of you who remember me, I'm finally filling out these forms for the last freaking time! I've settled into a job that pays enough to support us both and has medical/dental insurance, and that was the last hurdle we needed to clear before filing. It's only taken 10 months for us to get our ducks in a row! It's nuts to see that people I met here when we first started looking at the K-1 visa process are married right now!

Anyway.

On the G-325A it says to list my employment for the last 5 years. Do I stop when I run out of lines, which only goes back to 12/2004... or do I add an attachment with the full list? If I add an attachment, how do I do that - just put "see attachment" in the last line under "full name and address of employer"?

Adding an attachment exactly as you indicated is proper...

On the Attachment indicate - I-129f Part x Question y - and then finish your answer

Thanks for confirming that fwaguy, and sorry for posting about something that was already answered in the example form - I missed it the first time I looked through it.

Oh, but this isn't answered there - do I have to include FOUR attachments, one for each page of the G-325A, or just one?

I would include 4 attachments, all of them dated and signed of course . Remember, they each go to a different office, note the numbers on the bottom of the G-325A. It's best to submit 4 copies of the attachment to avoid any chances of getting an RFE.

Okay, thanks! So when I'm putting it together I'll put first page, first attachment, second page, second attachment, etc. so they all stay together, right?

My fiance's employment list goes back to 12/2001, does it have to go back to 11/2001? It'd stink to have to add 4 attachments just for that one month but it'd be better than getting a RFE.

Dang this new G-325A form is difficult. It's super slow, misses letters that I type, and the years on residence and employment don't print correctly!

Another question... I know I had a job from 1998 - 2001, but I don't remember when in 2001 I quit. It could've been November or December, or it could've been before then. Should I just leave it off, or should I guess, or should I put a ?, or... what do I do for that?
