Service request logged in 2 weeks ago.

Fiance called today to enquire on the service request and they said "We have not made a determination yet regarding your service request."

Fiance asked when they would make a determination and notify us and they said to wait 30 days for an email or letter if not to call back.

Fiance and I are considering to seek help from Senator/Congressman or should we just wait for another 30 days? :help:

We filed one week before you (8/6) at CSC.

I'm currently on hold waiting to talk to a Tier 2.

We haven't filed a service request as of yet (and for some reason, I have a feeling that it doesn't really make a difference one way or the other).

I'll report back when I'm off the phone. I'm just trying to see if our case has been touched as of yet.

Tomorrow, we JOIN THE '200 CLUB.'

It's a club that I never ever wanted to be a part of.

Good luck!

Ok, I waited on hold for 70 minutes, got a Tier 2 rep on the line, who was nice, but immediately informed me that their computer systems weren't working today and that he couldn't complete any sort of service request for me. Par for the course. He ended by giving me the email for CSC and told me that I can contact them there. Of course, there was no need to wait on the phone for 70 minutes to get this address (which is on their site), but I digress....

Congressmen are useless. Wait until your out about 10 months and then have the Petitioner schedule an Infopass Appointment.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
