Calling CSC: How to get a "higher up" on the phone?

Hi Everyone,

People commonly referencing requesting to speak with a so-called "Tier 2" person when calling one of the service centers.

I would like to call CSC tomorrow and try to see if I am able to do that.

For the people that have done exactly this, what has your strategy been in getting a a Tier 2 person on the phone? How long does it take? Can the initial rep deny the request?

We're CSC, August 6 NOA1 filer, so today marks 198 days for us. Every time I have called (3-4 times now), we are told conflicting info, so I really want to see if I can get CSC to shed any light on our case.

Any info y'all might have would be appreciated. Thanks!

I called 3 times. The tier 1 person will do anything to put an e-request for You and get rid of You.

So I just told Tier 1 I did that myself from their webpage and asked to get to a tier 2. Takes around 40 mn to get to a Tier 2.

Since January when I talk 3 times to a tier 2 I got we are processing july 17th...

We are August 6th too and my fiance will call them AGAIN this week. So frustrating. Hang in there and inform me please what you found out.

if you ask specifically for "tier 2" would they know what you're talking about?
