Hello!! I just need some enlightenment on this: my fiance sent our I-129F package on Feb 5th, by Express mail but we haven't received any confirmation yet! No text and no email! We checked it by the USPS tracking number and it says it was delivered. We did attache the G-1145 form. Is that normal? Iam getting cramps just to think that there is something wrong...

You get your confirmation once they open our package and cash your check. Good luck

Hang tough, you should be okay. you will likely get your NOA1 shortly. Another tip, follow the money. See when they process your check.

Good luck.

I sent my package to Lewisville on February 5 and have received my email notification and my hard copy NOA1. There could be many reasons why you haven't received anything yet. If they'd just rejected it outright and sent it back, I'd think you'd have received it back by now. Have you checked to see if they have cashed your check? If they have then you might want to double check the copies of your forms you saved to insure you have the proper address for yourself on there. If the check hasn't been cashed yet, then you may be getting the forms back. The cashing of the check was the first sign that I had of the forms being accepted.

I sent ours from Houston to Dallas on November 6th and I didn't get the text/email confirmation until November 19th. I think that you are okay! I'm sure that you will get it soon!

Oh and our notice was dated November 15th so I think that it just takes them a little more time to send the text/email.

Thank you guys for all your responses... I am really worried... we used money order, I don't know if there is a way to track it down... And it is so upseting because my fiance wanted to have help from a lawyer, to make sure everything was right. The lawyer sent in our package. But now, I can't help but thinking that this lawyer might have messed up! This process is such a patience test!!!!
