If you use money order, the same rules...to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Don't really know how you can get a money order from abroad, but try asking at the national banks over there.

In the instructions it says: "money order must be drawn on a bank or other financial institution located in the Unites States and must be payable in U.S. currency"

Hi,I also live in Europe for a very long time and I have no US based address. Can you suggest to me what to write on the G-325A,should I put my residential address in Europe and put my fiances uncle address for the I-129F?I also want to ask how did some of you make the payment that live aboard,I cant find any service that offers money orders here except to send the money to her uncle so he could send it along with the I-134 as he will be her full sponsor.Any advise about the address that should be put?

This should be answered where (as the question states) your fiance intends to live. Are you and your partner planning on getting an apartment before you enter the US? You must have somewhere you intend to stay before signing a lease on an apartment?

Thank you for the replay,we are looking to rent an apartment at the start. If I put a friends address will this just be on the file, will they send anything there as I put my European address as my I-129F for getting documents,I would not want anything to be sent to the friends address and I would change it as soon as we get there.Again thank you!

If you plan on already having an apartment when you arrive then for now I would just put a friends address. I am not sure if this same address will be required at port of entry and they will make sure the two match? I am filing from Ireland and I put my Irish address on the I-129f AND the G-325 form. I put my friends address for the part you are talking about as we will be staying with her for the first few weeks to get settled.

I do not have an address as I will rent an apartment as soon as we plan to leave,a month before but I would be able to use my family address but if they are in a state that I am not going will this make a problem upon arrival?Does the port of entry have to be the same as my given address?

Hi there! I'm in a similar position. You can pay fees internationally with an international money order in US dollars. You can usually get them in banks where you have an account for a small fee+340 USD. I just did this to pay for the FBI background check and it got accepted with out any problems.

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).
