So my husband came in USA ON A k-1 Visa and we did marry before our 90 days so My question here is if it would be any problems if I send the application for EAD(work permission) & traveling permisson first before we actually do the whole AOS??

It will only be valid till the date on the I-94 and then expire the same day that expires. Not really worth the fees and time it takes to process for how quickly it expires.

I would just file the AOS where the EAD and AP are free when you file with it and they last a whole year.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
