Hi,

I am American by naturalization.

My Fiance has a visa B1/B2 valid for 10 years, and she is visiting the USA until April.

I would like to proceed and apply for her K1/K2 visa, she has a soon she will bring with her to the USA.

Which are the proper steps to get them with the green card?

Thanks

Menut

If i wer u, marry ur fiance when shes here with her tourist visit. Its cheaper and less wait. After u get married files for AOS in 6 months and so she will get her greencard.

But then the son can not come to the US on a K-2, that is only reserved for K-1 or CR-1 visas.

To the OP: Ready the Guides and Flowcharts and Example Forms.
