Hi all,

I have a question regarding resubmitting an I-129f Petition. I withdrew the previous petition (for the same person) after learning of an error on the original. It was withdrawn after the NOA1 but prior to NOA2.

Question 11 asks if I've ever filed before. I assume I need to mention I applied and withdrew the previous petition...is that correct? Would it be sufficient to say, I realized after submitting the original petition that there was an error and I withdrew the petition so I could remedy the error?

Thanks,

Dave

We re-file last December 2012. My Fiance answer that question "yes, and explained what happened.."

I guess your name and your fiancee name are on the system. Just tell them why you withdraw the 1st application.

Good Luck
