Question # 8 The following persons as dependent on me for support. If her mom and sister have not arrived yet (but I already filed an I-134 for them) do I put none since they are not here yet.

Question # 9 I have previously submitted affidavits of support for the following persons

Jane Smith Fiancee 01/28/2013

Little Jane Smith 01/28/2013

Would this be correct for this question

and Question # 10

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons

again I believe I list

Jane Smith only and use the NOA filing Date 02/21/2012

any help would be grateful.

I know I need to send in my 2013 tax Return and w2, can she use the same work letter or do i need to submit a new letter. I know for my Fiancee interview they did not ask for the letter and she still has the original letter. My income has not changed since the letter was written.

I know I need to send in my 2013 tax Return and w2,

Are you filing this now? or are you filing this in April 2014?

If you are filing now then you need your 2012 taxes which are filed this April.

If you are filing in April 2014 then you would be using your 2013 taxes. If thats the case You should not be filling this form out now because April 2014 is a long ways away and you will have to redo the forms.
