Waiting for Embassy Contact ??

Hi.

Can someone help me please? My I-29f has been proccessed. I got a letter from the NVC saying it was being sent to Manila. I got a Reference Number MNL######... that was like 3 or 4 weeks ago... I think we are waiting for her to recieve notifaction?? I put the case number in the Manila embassy site and it says its not found?? Is there anyway I can check this??

If you view the MNL website they indicate it can be upwards of 8 weeks.

Yes, you can call the us embassy and after getting through give your case number and ask for information. You can also call the NVC and they can tell you if and when your petition is received by the embassy. Then you start the 120 to 150 day wait for interview date.

My NOA2 approved one month before you. Still nothing yet. I have read that they release interview dates between the 17th-20th. I would think you would not recieve anything till sometime in december. I am hoping next week we finally get the packet. Hurry up and wait is the name of the game. Good luck!

you will not receive the Fiance Visa Appointment Packet until after you have been scheduled an interview date.
