I got marry almost 1 year now. I did read about in the government website 129 petition even tho some guy in yahoo answers tell me about 130 petition paper.

I got marry in her house and we have some pictures for proof that i go to Philippines.

A little about her she got a job as teacher and lives in Mindanao island.

I'm lost/confuse on how to start the process on how to get her to the USA.

How do i even pay for 129 or 130? by check? Do i have to do it or her?

I don't even know what she really needs the 129 or 130 to come to the USA. Can some one help me please?

Thank you for all. (L)

You file i-130 for her because you are already married. You will be required to submit an NSO copy of your marriage certificate.

Refer to this: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=10093e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=10093e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Hi ! Come back on a PC, throw away the handphone.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
