Ha you haven't noticed. I am out of my mind. Look at me been on tis thread since NOA2 6/29. I sometime feel I am in the dugout and the coach won't let me play (I am really good you know). But its nice and I feel inspired seeing others round the bases and slide in to home.

Every NOA2, Case Complete, Interview date (these last few days have been thrilling) , Visa Approved and the POE stories love it.

Thank you for your kind words I will be a whole lot better once I am in my husbands arms for sure. Come on Case Complete.

Our timeline is quite similar but I have been blessed to see my husband more frequently this last year. I keep asking myself how military wives deal with this type of thing on a regular basis!!

We've been on hold for rounding up the documents, and some hangups with that, to get the UK police certificate. I decided to send it without just to get the next step underway.

Its just a little bit more bearable knowing we're moving forward as compared to the last 7 months where we've been in a holding pattern. I'm sure you understand this perfectly! I just pray this is the home stretch, for you, for us, and everyone in this NVC stage. I'm terrified of the dreaded unknown abyss they call "AP".

Ps, when should I send in the optin email?

Should I ask my attorney before I optin? Or do it and don't give them an option to choose because I know they're use to posting everything.

TELL your attorney yer doing EP.

Ask Nothing of him/her/it.

TELL.

FINALLY got our case number and all todayyyyy. Phewww

The operator couldn't add our email addresses on file said to call back on Monday. And she said since we have an attorney the bills are going to be invoiced together and sent to him! How long does it usually take? After waiting this long I can't wait to start sending in everything already.

Although the bills will be sent on , yer husband can still pay them online - no worries there.

So if'n you get the IIN, you can log in, and see what's what .

Try back for the IIN tonight, circa 9:45 PM EST , aye?

ask for 'invoice identification number'.

Tween now and then? Have a great nap !!

and congrats on finally getting the #.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks Darnell....the first operator I spoke to today gave me all 3 numbers...I don't need to fill out the DS-261 right? since my attorney is assigned as the agent, so I just need to wait for the bills to be invoiced :)

I actually just got off the phone with the attorney, and told them we are doing EP and that I will be writing their email address on the OPTIN email I send.

We will pursue both routes and see which one gets us a faster interview date. I hope you get your approval soon, I have my fingers crossed for you

Hi,

I have a question about DS3032, I used the ds3032 email sample provided by visa journey without attaching a scanned and signed ds2030. After two weeks waiting, instead of getting a reply from NVC saying they accepted my form, they sent me a reply like this:

"Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition.

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to designate an agent by completing form DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent). Upon receipt of the Ds-3032, we will send instructions for paying the immigrant visa application fee. All future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

If the principal applicant is under the age of sixteen, the principal applicant's parent or guardian may sign the form DS-3032.

Please email the completed (scanned and signed)form DS-3032 to NVCInquiry@state.gov..."

Did I do it wrong in the first place? I should have attached an completed and signed scanned form with the email?please advice. Thanks!

Thanks Roosha :) that's what I'm hoping for....I've read on multiple threads here that you can change your K3 interview into a CR-1 let's pray that happens. hopefully the rest of your journey goes smoothly as well

I think it was a time and timing issue on you.

To fix, just send them what they asked for, this one time, aye?

Guys plz help if you know the answer to this question:

I just found a forum that said once an approved I-129F goes to NVC and to the consulate, USCIS retains the approved I-130...but my approved I-130 is at the NVC, does this mean I can't pursue both routes? I am so confused! I have read on multiple posts where ppl pursued both, but now I am confused more than ever....I'm afraid after paying the fees and going through the whole process they will retain my IV application and not send it to the consulate, would that actually happen?

Plz advice if you know :(

So usually send the Ds3032 email without attaching the scanned ds3032 would work? I was just unlucky I guess. =(
