Hey there everyone just a quick question. It is asking for your employment for the past 5 years, I am wanting to send in this I-129F forms in about a week or so and it's possible by the end of the month I will have quit my current job and be working somewhere else. Am I going to have to send in a letter or how would I adjust this if I have to?

Thanks for the help!

Sammi

I'm the fiance moving to the US. I fill out the G-235 right? Or is it the petitioner who fills it out? Or do we both fill it out?

The G-325 is the biometric form. The way I did it, was to fill out the information for both me and my wife.(2 forms)

My wife is in Ghana and I am a USC. I used my computer to fill in all information and emailed her copy for her to sign and email back to me. Actually, I think I had to print them out and scan them back into my computer first. I then mailed them to the NVC. Both parties, the petitioner and beneficiary, have to fill out and sign their own copy. This helps to prove you are not trying to marry and move to the U.S. because of a financial situation.

Okay, thats good to know. As for my work situation, I fear that when they get the forms or are processing them I will have a different job other than the one stated on the form. I don't think I will be with my current employer in the next month.

I'm the petitioner. My fiance filled out the G-325a form with all of his information. About 2 weeks later he found out he would be leaving his employment. I asked the same question on the forum and most responses told me I really only needed to worry about phone number and address changes. He could make those updates on his actual visa application. The powers that be would be able to see what date my original petition was filled out and compare it to the application he will fill out when he actually applies for the visa.
