Send it from beneficiary's email address. From what I have been reading, sometimes they are accepting email template and sometimes they don't. Just call them and confirm.

I sent DS 3032 by registered mail. the letter was delivered 3 weeks ago.

I am still waiting for IV Fee Bill.

Read my post above. I got IV bill via email on 31st Jan. I paid it and my husband filled out DS 230 form and mailed it to NVC already. NVC received the package on 20th Feb (On Wed). Lets see how long it takes them to open the package and enter it in their system and complete the case.

Check your email where you get your usual communication from NVC, and Call them if your haven't received IV bill email yet. They say that it takes 10 to 15 business days for them to enter your DS 3032 form in system and you have already waited 15 business days by now.

hubby sent ours on the 7th, he received an email from them yesterday. But still no IV bill invoiced. :|
