If only they were on August ! It's all moving like snails !!

Sorry , I know you want only the people approved to respond but....aaahhhhh I thought by now August would be at least half way done. No such luck, sadly.

just check the timeline data.. only 1 august filer got approved.. nobody has any rfe...

When TWO HEARTS are meant for each other, NO DISTANCE is TOO FAR... NO TIME is TOO LONG... and NO OTHER LOVE can BREAK THEM APART...

LOL ... I'M glad you answered , at least i know where am standing-- i wouldnt believe CSC will take such a long -- all my plans for this year are placed n hold--- sigh :crying:

thank you-- i was thinking someone with an RFE will not be listed there --- are they?

unless there are people who didn't update their timelines...

Yes, we are waiting for Godot here....us CSC August filers. We're August 6th, so we're so close, yet still so far away....Hope to hear good news from everyone soon!

Hi there,

I don't know how to update my timeline to include my stepchildrens' process but we just got the NOA2 via email! August 7th NOA1. Very relieved and hoping that everyone else's approvals happen as soon as possible.

I-130

July 24, 2010 - Wedding in Niger

Sept 10, 2010 - Sent I-130

Sept 13, 2010 - I-130 received

Sept 16, 2010 - Check for I-130 cleared

Sept 19, 2010 - Touched

Sept 20, 2010 - Received hard copy of NOA1 for I-130

Dec 7, 2010 - Received text/email NOA2!!

Dec 11, 2010 - Recieved hard copy NOA2

March 10, 2010 - Received notice of interview appointment for April 7th

April 11, 2011 - Went to interview and given paperwork to do medical exam(after he had requested the docs and they wouldn't give them to him)

April 26, 2011 - Rescheduled interview

April 28, 2011 - Visa approved!!!

STEPCHILDREN

August 7, 2012 - NOA1 received

January 23, 2013 - Email/text notification of approval

they have been processing july since september i guess...
