AOS with New Job after being Unemployed

I took last year off from the working world and lived off savings. (I did manage to meet my new wife and visit her and get married, so I did have some accomplishments. ) I just interviewed for a new job and I think it is likely I will get an offer and start working in a week.

Just yesterday we got our NOA2. I'm staying with my parents who can act as co-sponsors but now I'm not sure if I need them. I see three options going forward, assuming I get the job:

1.) Submit the AOS with just my new income. My last tax return is for 2011 and shows sufficient income, and my new job will also provide sufficient income. (~70K per year.) However, I won't have many paychecks from the new job.

2.) Submit the AOS with my new income AND list my assets. (401K is 275K, Roth IRA is 13K, 15K in cash, 5K in bonds).

3.) Submit the AOS with my new income AND still use my parents as co-sponsors. (I'll still be living with them since the job is in the area.)

Any suggestions as to how to proceed?

AOS to you means Adjustment of Status or Affidavit of Support? Your timeline isn't clear and I think this topic might be misplaced.
