Chances for interview

Hello Visajourney,

I have a 2-year GC based on my marriege. I got divorced in last november, because my wife cheated on me (repeatedly) and had a baby. But it's kinda irrelevant here. I filed for ROC, attached and affidavit from my ex-wife stating that we entered a faithful marriage and that she was the "bad guy" in our marraige, plus my attorney had me write a letter to describing our marriage and how it went wrong. I did my biometrics on 1/17/2013.

I'm just wondering what my chances are to get called in for an interview. We submitted a lot of evidence showing that we were really together during our marraige. (Tax returns, checking/savings account, insurance policies, so on so forth..).

Not sure if it's relevant, but during our legal seperation I moved to a different state to start a new life.

I'm just looking for some input if somebody has similar experiences with ROC while being divorced and what the odds are that you'll get called in for an interview or just get rejected right off the bat.

Thank you for your answers!

Just wanted to let you guys know, I had my interview today, it went very smooth, only took 15-20 minutes, and I got the approved stamp in my passport for the 10 year GC. I think my immigration journey is over, (well, I will apply for citizenship in 2 years, but that's only formality, pretty much), thank you all your answers and whoever is going through this long and tiring process, wish you guys good luck!
