Can you please give some expert advices over this,

I have done my Medical on 21st November 2012 (If I am not wrong validity is 6 months right?)

My visa expires on 8th June 2013, now If I enter US on 5th June means my Medical is already expired on 21st April 2013

Will there be any problem at PoE because of that or they will let me through??

Kind Regards

My understanding is that your visa is valid for 6 months (after receiving it) or as long as your medical is valid, which ever ends first. So I assume that your visa will expire on April 21st, when your medical exam results expire.

Medical should be good for one year so if you had it in November your entry in June should be fine

I know that the medicals here in Sydney are good for at most 6 months. But if your medical is valid for longer than that you should be fine.. As long as it doesn't expire BEFORE you enter the US.

As far as I know, visa validity is tied up with the medical exam validity.

You have to be in the US before your visa expiry date.

I belive vaild for 6 months only. I know person was asked for 2nd med exam when he was 7th month in AP to issue visa in PAK.

for us our medical is good for one year not 6 months and The embassy has the authority to ask for whatever and whenever

I've also seen a visa issued with less than 2 months expiration just so they wouldn't have to get another medical

It's Islamabad lol anything goes

Could you guys clarify how long the medical is good for?

If you don't have your interview date scheduled yet, and you get a medical tomorrow, for example, is the medical going to expire 6 months from tomorrow?

Thanks, guys.
