Any progress August fillers from California service center???

got an RFE notice through email on Feb. 06...

we tried contacting congressman and senator to help us with the case...

did u try it?

most August filers who got approved or got an RFE tried contacting a congressman/senator.

I suggest you do the same.. it might work for you too..

Yes I did last week send a letter to Barbara boxer and print that privacy form thing and did my signature but I haven't heard anything from anyone yet. I also called to ask f she got the fax, they said yes we did and we will review it within 10 days thn inform uscis about it. Hopefully next week I get something :(

NOA1 - August 13th

Still waiting...... its depressing!!!

I'll call my senator today and see what's sha up to with my fax that I sent her and I'll call uscis too. I hope to hear a good news :)

I just got NOA2 today, its a miracle. August 2nd, 2012 for NOA1. So a little over 6 months. It will be a nice valentine day present to inform my fiancee of this.

So looks like VSC is getting to the August batches now. I know how frustrating the wait can be and you all have my support for those still waiting. Hang in there. Now on to the next steps....
