what's your reason to expedite? we tried it too because i'm pregnant, but they will not approve any expedite request unless your fiance is working in US army or you have a life/health threatening situation. but giving it a try wouldn't hurt anyway. it's just so sad that the process is really slow.

Hi Amrit,

We are August 6th NOA1 people from the CSC as well! We are waiting right alongside you.

I called last week and was told that they were working on July 17th cases, and that if I didn't hear anything in the next 3-4 weeks, to call them for a service request. But they said nothing about "You will get a letter from us by February 7th."

Maybe they are trying to fit everything within 6 months? I hope so, man!

Let's keep each other posted, ok? Best of luck!

Dear my fiancé is having a life threatening emergency because of that I expedited it and yesterday when I called to find out what happened they told me that they have send the letter for more evidence so I faxed them in detailed on what happened and why I can't provide proof and now hoping they would accept it. Good luck to you and every VJ members that are waiting for their approvals. Btw my noa1 was August 10, 2012 and please everyone keep us posted
