Hello Everyone!

I have filled out my i-134, but need help with filing out the i-134 for my co-sponsor, who is my mother. Is there anywhere on the form she should indicate she is the co-sponsor, or just include a cover letter? On the form, on number 8: listing of dependants: Should she list her husband, since he is a member of her household (even though he has separate income)?? Also, what should she enter in the field 10: asking if she has filed a visa petition with USCIS. Should she say "none" but mention that daughter (me) is the petitioner for a k-1 visa?? Thank you all for your help!

there is no way that you can mention your mother as a co sponsor on the form.you can only indicate her on the cover letter.

she has to list her husband on the affidavit.and as long as the husband has his own income she can list him as partially dependent.

have she ever submit visa petition to any one before?I don't think so.she shouldn't include you as a petitioner.you have nothing to do with this question.state NONE.

please get more advice on your questions from other and don't take my answer as a final.good luck

Your mother doesn't need to indicate she is a co-sponsor, nor do you need to tell them in a cover letter. The I-134 will be seen for the first time at your fiance's interview because he takes it with him. He can tell them verbally. London just wants a sponsor. It doesn't have to be the fiancé. It's actually pretty easy in London as long as you have somebody with enough income or assets. It can even be the UK person if he has enough savings, with no 1-134 in that instance of him self-sponsoring.

Here's a post you should read about a quirky thing that happened at a London interview. The document collector person one sees before the interview officer, acted like only a fiance's I-134 would be accepted. That was an odd thing that I've never seen happen before. You'll see that the interviewing office clearly took it minutes later and approved. Many just hand over the sponsor documents (fiance's or Mom's) and don't discuss it at the first window. That person has no authority and is just organizing the file to send back to the interviewing officer. Just a head's up to avoid a panic.

Here's the post http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/page__view__findpost__p__5900489'>http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/page__view__findpost__p__5900489

You should also go to the beginning of that thread to learn the London specifics for after your petition is approved. The first post breaks down things to be done by you and your fiancé. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/ (the police certificate link has changed, but is corrected a few posts down)
