G-325A: Attachment question

For my wife (the beneficiary) I will need to add an attachment sheet with additional information that doesn't fit on her G-325A form. I know that she has to sign and date the G-325A, and that USCIS requires you to sign and date any attachments. Does she have to sign and date the attachment sheet? Or can I sign and date it?

If the page is relating to HER information then she would need to sign it, I believe. Since those particular forms are supposed to be coming from the person they are about.

Oh my. i'm confused.

We had attachments/continuation sheets for both of our G-325a forms. I thought that since it is my husband (petitioner) who is supposed to be filing this petition, he should sign off on everything that says applicant's signature... And that includes the attachment... Or am I totally wrong? :( :(

All I know is that the G-325a is signed by the person filling it out. If you did one for you, you would have signed it. Your husband would have to sign his. I don't know about the additional sheets. I didn't use any.

There is no need for the attachment to be signed and dated.

Petitioner LPR upgraded to USC June 22, 2012
August 22, 2012: case complete
October 18, 2012: Interview (APPROVED)
October 26, 2012: Picked up visa from DHL (delay caused by Sandy)
December 15, 2012: POE Atlanta....................became USC July 2016!!!!

Mothers' Journey (My sister is the petitioner)

September 10, 2013: Sent I-130 (UPS next day service)

September 12, 2013: Received text to confirm delivery

September 16, 2013: Received NOA 1

March 22, 2014: Received NOA 2

April 8, 2014: File Received by NVC

May 26, 2015: Interview (approved)..........now LPR (delays caused by 2 RFE)

The I-130 instructions say any attachment/continuation sheet should be signed and dated. So I assume this would be the same for the G-325A or any other form moving forward. I'll just play it safe and have my wife sign it. Figure it's not going to hurt.
