The first Civil Surgeon we contacted in Lehigh Acres Florida would not transcribe the Vaccination Document DS-3025 into the I-693. He wanted to do the full medical for $ 250.00. Anyone know of a Civil Surgeon in the Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte area for a reasonable fee.

Nothing new. $250 is cheap.

I always advise every K-1 to amke EVERY effort to get ALL vaccines overseas before the medical and get the DS-3025 transcribed at the medical exam (even if they charge a fee) and make SURE that damn little box is checked "vaccinations complete"

It is ALWAYS cheaper, faster, easier to do this before they arrive. ALWAYS.
