How much money does my husband need to make in order to sponsor me?

hi everyone , im wondering how much money my husband needs to be making in order to sponsor me(1) without need a Co-Sponsor

he is divorced he was the petitionner(I-130)in 2004 for his Ex wife to immigrate to USA and i think he sponsor her for sure she is now a lawful resident

I know it goes by like how many people are in the household. I know there is a chart somewhere on the USCIS website that goes over it but I am having a problem finding it. I think ours is like over 30,000 a year so we are getting a co-sponsor since I don't make that much. This was helpful to me for what its worth :)Good luck!

2009- Decided our friendship had turned into something major
2009- First Official Visit and when we officially started dating
July 1st,2011- We got married!!!

September 14,2012- Sent In I-130
September 20,2012- First NOA
September 25,2012- I-130 transferred to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.
May 18, 2013- NOA2

February 21,2014- Case Complete

MONTREAL EMBASSY

April 14,2014- Interview (Administrative Review for passport renewal)

June 17,2014- Visa Listed as Issued

June 20,2014- Visa In Hand

July 27,2014- Port Of Entry

If he is the head of the house & doesn't have kids but he was married & did sponsor his ex-wife that means 2 people he is sponsering right now but he is going to sponsor you too which means it will be for 3 people and for the Poverty Guidelines to sponsor 3 it should be over $23,862 unless his Ex-wife already got her citizenship at that time will be only 2 (you & him).
