Hi, everyone. Next month my husband and I will be filing for removal of conditions for his green card. Here is a list of everything I have so far:

- joint checking acct statements (acct opened in Sept 2011)

- joint savings acct statements (acct opened in Sept 2011)

- joint credit card statements (added my husband as joint card member in July 2012)

- Cc statement showing plane ticket I purchased to visit him in Paraguay in Feb 2011 while we were waiting for approval

-Cc statement showing I purchased his plane ticket to come to US in May 2011

- Tax transcript showing married filing jointly status for 2011 return

- tax transcript for this year's tax return showing same status

- life insurance policy showing him as beneficiary (added him in 2012)

- 401k policy showing him as beneficiary (added him in 2012)

- copies of both our drivers licenses showing common address

- copies of this years W-2s showing common address and that we both work for same company

- Joint auto insurance policy statements (earliest is from June 2010)

- photos

Note: we haven't gotten our own place yet so we don't have any utility bills in our names. Affidavits I will get if we get an RFE.

Do you guys think they will send an RFE since I don't have a lot of stuff from 2011 (he came to states in May 2011)? Also, do you think it helps that we both work for the same company? Thanks in advance.

I would get at least 3 affidavits up front.

OK, does it matter who they're from? Like, would it be OK if I asked my brother in law, sister and father to submit affidavits? Or is it better to ask friends?
