Anyone can tell me how to fill in the following items in Form I-134?

Item10, I have submitted a visa petition to U.S.Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person.

Question: Should I fill in the beneficiary's name of K-visa here or this only indicates for the previous visa petition?

Item11, 1. Intend, 2. do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons named in item3

Question: Which one should we pick? We're getting married after K-visa approved, if pick "intend", How can we know what's the exact amount and the duration of contribution, if My American fiance picks "do not intend", I have to provide other documents to prove my finance? or will my K-visa be rejected?

By the way, if my American fiance doesn't have a job to show the tax returns, but he has enough assets, so can we just show the assets papers?

Pls help. Thanks

Question 10 you will put the beneficiary's name. This is the person you are petitioning for in the form I-129f.

Question 11 you do not need to check either. In the space below write N/A K-1 VISA PROCESS. Question 11 does not apply to K-1 visa cases.

Check out the example form. It should help you. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Yes. List the beneficiary here. See the example form.

Item11, 1. Intend, 2. do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons named in item3

Follow how it is on the example form. Check neither and put "N/A(K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)". OR if it makes you feel better about it, then check 'intend' and put "K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE" on the line.

Pls help. Thanks
