Primary and Secondary Evidence

I am wondering if any of you can help me with my assembling of evidence for the I129F. I have been with my Fiance for about 13 months now and we have been together for about 10 of them traveling between our two countries - the UK and US. However Im worried that I dont have a lot of primary evidence that we have met. We have 2 entry stamps each to each others countries in our pasports from the last year and when she was here on a 6 month visitor visa we rented an apartment together for 5 months and the lease has both our names on it and signatures, however I feel that as just a printed document the lease may not be regarded as primary evidence. What do you guys think? Will this be enough? I can supply emails, instant messenger logs, e tickets, photos etc but this is all secondary evidence and does not actually prove having met in the last 2 years to USCIS.

IMO, you have more than enough evidence of meeting in-person to satisify filing requirements.

Thanks so much guys!! Another quick question, do you have any advice on how to handle phone records. I have my google voice records showing me (the UK citizen) calling her US cell phone number a lot. However it is just a number, we dont have anything identifying that number as hers, will this mean they disregard this evidence? The problem is her ATT phone line is registered under her step father who does not even have the same last name, so there is nothing to show that it is her number other than our word. If we give her ATT phone bills showing her recieving calls from my number which I can verify they still show it as being under her step-father. Should I just not include phone records?

You don't need to include the phone records in the I-129F petition, but take them to the interview. Yes, that is good evidence to prove on-going relationship and shouldn't be disregarded. It should not make a difference whose name the phone is in. Just that this is proof, there has been on-going communication.

Isn't her phone number (the same number you have on record) listed somewhere on the forms submitted? I'm doing Cr-1s and they ask for the petitioner's phone number multiple times in multiple places. Is it the same for K1s?
