Trouble finding old addresses

Hello all, I am finishing up the final peices of my K-1 package and Im having a little trouble with my G-325a. Specifically, I cant remember my move in / move out dates for a couple of my old addresses. The specific one in question is an apartment complex that i stayed at after initially moving to my current state for work. I have called the complex and they informed me that they dont keep records that far back. (its on the verge of the 5 year mark) I have also tried pulling from my credit report, asking friends and family, asking the post office and running a background check on myself. I have the actual address, but I dont have the month that I moved in. If i cant find the correct info what should i do? Leave the dates blank? attach and explanation? Im not really sure how to procede at this point and this is literally the LAST peice of information I need to provide for my package to be complete. Im very very anxious to send this off and get the process moving. Any help or suggestions would be greatly apreciated!

thanks.

Check with the utility company (electric ) many require deposits and keep pretty accurate records concerning usage histories for accounts. Cable or satellite providers, warranty registration cards for any items bought around that time.

Have a PI run an accurant background check on you, that should list your prior addresses and approximate dates or at least get you close.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Do the best you can. Month and year is all you need at most. If you are not sure, then give your best guess.

Nothing on the G-325a is "material" to the visa being issued unless you list being an arms smuggler as a job, in other words...IT DOESN'T MATTER.

The G-325a is used for this visa as a way to sort out name hits on background checks. The exact month you moved to an address, March or April, for example is exceedingly unlikely to make any difference.
