I don't think that USCIS agents are working by first come -- look at the member who filed she said in november and got approved-- she said they did not expedite anything and was even worried when she saw her noa2-- Am just gonna wait for my 5 months if not approved i will contact my senator. This is ridiculous :angry:

I share the same sentiment as you... I guess it is their luck to be approved in just 31 days without expediting it but what about those who has been waiting for months? It is unfair... :(

Really sad, guys. September filer here and still patiently waiting for NOA2. How lucky they are indeed. :(

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

In GOD we trust. † = ♥

They were definitely lucky to have it this early-- it is unbelievable -- but USCIS is just not treating people fairly or at least they are not controlling how employees are working-- they need to be audited too to make sure people are getting approved on time and not just leaving people's file sit on the bottom of their bin --

lets hope and pray :crying:

This is really annoying. This is the second november filler that gets approved without expediting. And probably the rest of us will get approved when we reach our 5 month limit. So unfair!!!

It is unfair. It is unfair that it is sooooo long, for everyone. Some poeple from June are still waiting. Hang on there, I hope for you you are lucky and things speed up!

At least CSC is going faster than VSC blush.gif

I know it is not helping much, but as long as it may seem, it will come to an end.

Good luck in your visa journey!
