I am thinking about leaving March off for next week and start adding Oct NOA1's. Anyone have any objections to that? There are only a handfull of March NOA1's left and I suspect they might have problems other than just being late. Let me know what you think.

No one is more familiar with this data that you are so if you are comfortable with leaving March off, then I trust your judgement, CSC timeline dates are now listed as April, so any Marcher left has the means now to push for an answer beign outside of processing times right?

Thats what I was thinking. Anyone left from March now has a legit reason to ask the USCIS to investigate.

I think 2 out of the 7 have cancelled their petitions.

Last thing I heard Daniel & Shilpa were going to be together in the UK now, and Ron&Beki's timeline says "Oct - 2006 - If no K1 by then, going to get hitched and move to England for a year."

The same thing could be said for April. USCIS processig dates are now May. I hope there is no one left here on VJ from March or April, but now they can finally take some action. Good luck to anyone waiting

Something I've noticed while examing the timelines is that most of them with a particularly short NOA1 to NOA2 timeline have a much longer time from mailing to NOA1, often a month or more. For instance, I believe the couple you are seeing here mailed their petition on August 8, but did not receive their NOA1 until September 25th.

And most that have a longer NOA1 to NOA2 time, say 50 days or more, have a shorter period from mailing to NOA1, often less than a week.

Thanks I hadn't noticed that, so maybe there is hope after all because my NOA1 went out after only 5 days.

Still this seems odd like the CSC does not have a standard way of processing applications.
