I am....Cali Dec Filers will start raining approvals soon us........prob like july august ish....

Casey_Ana , I hope you and the rest of the December filers here get your cases looked at very soon! One thing I'd like to mention (and I'm not sure if this played a part or not) is that I did submit an expedite request for my case and have so far not received any paperwork saying that the expedite was refused (like what happened to me last time) so I'm still trying to figure out if that is something that affected the processing time of my K-1 :unsure:

Still waiting but optimistic. VSC appears to be chugging along slowly but surely. My NOA1 date is 12-6. Can I place a service request on 5-6 or do I have to wait until 5-7? I want to be on top of things!

December 29th 2012: Received Noa1 Hard-copy(no txt or email was sent)
Jan. 10th 2013: Happy birthday to my Sweety, first birthday apart in years!

A late December filer. Filed on 12/24/12. Received my NOA1 on the 12/28/12. Pretty fast. Still in "Initial Reveiw" mode. California Service Center is the worst. They are moving extremely slow. Expected wait time is 7-8 months for NOA2. Hoping to receive my NOA2 in July or August, though. Wishful thinking, I guess.
