Their Fax # 514 398 0702 and also mail them a copy call back and confirm receipt of mail..

There's really nothing one can see in a timeline that would indicate a petition that has a chance of being rejected.

However, Vermont usually processes more quickly than they are going with your case. Have you signed up for online case status updates using your case number on your NOA1?

Your not in bad shape, you received your packet 3 on April 8 this year, have you mailed the checklist in?

Your timeline says you have packet 3--I thought packet 3 arrived after NOA2. It seems to me that if Montreal is requesting information, the U.S. has already sent your approved application to the embassy. I wonder why you haven't rec'd your NOA2.
