do I have to wait for my IV bill to show paid to include the PAID printed sheet with the IV package before sending it? or I just can send it while it's PROCESSING and the PAID printable papers isn't important

If you already PAID the fee at the bottom there should be the option where you can print cover sheet. Print it and mail the package! Good Luck!

I read the instructions and didn't understand if I have to wait for the receipt to show PAID then print it and include it in the package or I just can send it with the cover sheet only, Sure I know there is instructions there but this was my question

Wait for it to show paid after which you print the sheet generated with the Barcode and send it off.
