Done with the USEM interview (December 10, 2012)

Good day to all of you VJ members.

Yesterday (December 10) was our interview date with the USEM. Me and daughter went there at 6:30am, one hour before our interview time. At the interview, the Filipino consul told us that one copy of DS 156 of my daughter was missing. I replied I submitted complete DS forms in Window 38 and 39. He then later told me to wait for our number again. This time, with the US consul and after asking me and my daughter several questions, she encircled an entry in the paper she was holding and told me to wait for my number again. In Window 74, the guy told me that a copy of the DS-156 of my daughter is lacking. I asked him if we can download and print a copy and bring it back to him again and he said yes. At 1:00pm, we went back to the USEM with the DS-156 and the guy told me, we can go home and if there is no more problem with our documents, we can get our passport. Now, I am wondering if we are approved or not? By the way, they never asked for DS-230 but i prepared two copies each for me and my daughter, just in case.

Now to wait for notice from 2GO that they are delivering your passport/visa.

My wife also was not told if she was approved or not, we actually had to has at the last window.

I cannot get through all this fine (no rfe, no 221g) without this site and your help guys. Thank you again. May you continue to be a blessing to others. Kudos guys!
