I prefer Priority mail with delivery confirmation (you can waive the signature requirement).

Gets there in 2 days.

Depends on if you are mailing it from abroad or not. Priority mail is a good option with the PO BOX if you are US based.

Our Express mail package from DK get held up forever in customs, when regular mail just glides on through.

USPS Priority mail in the Tyvek Envelope. You automatically get a tracking number; don't request delivery confirmation.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

This is a 6 month plus process. Getting it there 1 day sooner will make no difference.

Use regular US mail, delivery confirmation. You DO NOT need certified mail for the I-129f and you do not need return receipt. These will actually ADD to the time for delivery since the petitions are delivered to a PO box and no one is there to sign for them. Requiring a signature DELAYS delivery. USPS delivery confirmation allows you to confirm by their website it has been delivered.

Delivery confirmation can be requested WITHOUT the signature. I've done three times so far... I personally prefer priority mail over regular mail.

Right. That is what I intended to say. Signature NOT required to have delivery confirmation.
