Hi everybody,

I'm still waiting for my NOA2 for the papers I filed 4th of June for my husband who lives in Greece, so I'm just wondering what comes next. I think we will need to fill out some more papers once we get the NOA2 and I'd like to have those ready in advance so we don't delay our case more than necessary. Also, does anyone know whether the petitioner or the beneficiary gets interviewed? Thanks a lot! Jeni

But of course. You are less than half way there in terms of study and paperwork. Start here.

The petitioner is already a US citizen. It is the beneficiary that applies to be given a visa to travel to the US. The beneficiary is the one interviewed

This is the CR1 and IR1 forum and the OP's profile indicates same. So, petitioner is USC.
