I was in shock can this really happen will my fiancee K1 visa application be affected if her parents was proven illegal immigrants?... pls help me thank you everyone :help:

The consular/embassy officers have very wide latitude if they suspect fraud of any sort. Best to follow the directions of the consular/embassy officials.

Hope that all turns out okay.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Given the steps that they've taken, I suppose it can certainly affect her.

Just like A&B said, follow their instructions and hope for the best.
