Exactly 7months of waiting!! Still initial review! cray5ol.gif

I had an info pass this morning .they told me that they process the month of October .means that I have to wait 2 months before my date became current .SOOO sad

My heart aches knowing there are people from December, and even earlier, still waiting. :(

A quarter of mid-December filers are still waiting on approval. That is about 2300 cases.

12/18/12- NOA1 08/22/13- Medical

04/03/13- NOA2 09/16/13- Interview (Approved!)

Transit (68 days) 09/19/13- Visa in hand

NVC (59 days) 09/19/13- USCIS Immigrant Fee paid, ELIS: Circle: Accepted, Status: Case Received

06/10/13- Case Received ELIS/GC Production (63 days)

06/19/13- Case # and IIN Received 12/14/13- POE Houston

06/19/13- DS-3032 emailed 12/23/13- SSN card arrived in the mail

06/21/13- AOS bill paid 02/06/14- ELIS: Circle: Optimized, Status: In Process

06/25/13- DS-3032 accepted 02/07/14- USCIS status: Initial Review

06/26/13- IV bill paid 02/10/14- USCIS status: Card Production

06/28/13- AOS and IV packages sent 02/13/14- ELIS Circle: Closed, Status: Card Produced

07/23/13- IV accepted 02/15/14- card arrived in the mail

07/26/13- AOS accepted

07/26/13- Case complete

07/30/13- Interview scheduled (for 09/16/13)

I check at least 3 times a day! I am almost at 40 days and I have seen people approved at 40, 49, 59 days so I keep hoping I will get lucky too.. I know the chances are slim but I pray for under 3 m

still waiting .8 months and 4 days .

It won't be long now I have read here that they got there noa1 on december 11 and they got approved on august 14 lets just keep praying!!

I filed my application on december 14 2012 and i checked my case status online this morning and this is the message i got.....

On September 16, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Does anyone knows what this means... Because it still says initial review ..

Yes I called them but the person that i spoke to says that she doesn't see that in the system... And when i woke up this morning it said that same thing.. So when i googled it online they some people says that they got this was the say exact messgae that they got few days before their case was approved

2013/12/04 : I-130 petition transferred from National Benefits Center (NBC) to Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/12 : I-130 PETITION APPROVED (NOA2) at Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/13 : Approved I-130 petition shipped from Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to National Visa Center (NVC).
2014/02/18 : Received (NOA2) hardcopy by mail from Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC)
