I have not told anyone at work that my I-130 is approved because I have a coworker on another shift that has been waiting since July. This morning when I came in there was a note on my desk asking if I had heard anything from the USCIS. :( I don't like to lie but I don't want him to be upset. I know he has been extra stressed about it. UGH! :bonk:

Something told me to call USCIS and I did. Spoke with a very nice gentlemen. I was told from two ISO that my spouse lives with me in US. I assured them no and put in a service request. The ISO told me everything looks good and I should have received a response on 15th (this month) but have not. I will call back in a few days. My case was transferred to field office end of January. Now I wait some more. But not a long time. :)

Do yourself a favor and schedule an Infopass and send a letter to the field office to make sure they fix that issue.

Initially nothing wrong with the address. I don't know why two ISO told me that. The last one I spoke with yesterday told me he does not see a problem.

Thanks.
