I got scheduled interview on jan 15 and got interview letter yesterday . Interview date feb 19. Can someone advice me what extra document should I bring for married based citizen application? Thank

USCIS stage

sent i130 for my parents on april1, 2013

noa 1 on april 5, 2013

transferred from NBC to TSC on nov 18, 2013.

waiting waiting and hoping NO RFE.......

jan 31, 2014 NOA 2 ....

finally i 130 journey is approved ...

NVC stage

02/26/2014 nvc received my approved i130 from uscis

04/01/2014 case number and invoiced assigned

04/02/2014 AOS fee paid

04/04/2014 iv fee invoiced. not able to pay yet

04/06/2014 iv fee ok to pay, still in process

04/04/2014 AOS package sent via usps express mail. but weekends hummmmm

04/07/2014 AOS package arrived to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/08/2014 officer lady from NVC said that my AOS packages are received .

04/09/2014 DS 260 completed. make some name mistake. hope it will not delay my case.

04/16/2006 IV package for parents are delivered to NVC ( according to USPS tracking).

04/21/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they received my IV package today. .

​04/24/2014 nice lady from NVC confirm that they already accepted my AOS packages for both parents...

05/06/2014 one gentleman told me my case was completed already. (L) (L) (L)

06/11/2014 interview for my parents.

As promised, here's my interview experience. Interview was scheduled for 9.30am, I arrived at 9am. The line was a bit long and slow, got to the 15th floor about 9.20am. Handed in my appointment letter

Congratulations! Hopefully my letter is closely behind yours.

Does the letter you received tell you what items to bring to the interview? I'm also curious to know what they want you to bring to interview.

June 8th - I-129F mailed to VSC

June 13th - NOA1

November 9th - NOA2!!!

January 10th - APPROVED!

January 24 - Pick up visa

January 31 - Honey arrives in US!

February 28- Court marriage

May 2- NOA1 for I-485 and EAD

May 31- Biometrics

June 2- TOUCHED

Sept 2008 - Perm resident

The letter tell me to bring married certificate and my hubby citizen certificate , IRS Tax return . But I want to know what should I bring more in case they want to see.

Bring anything relevant to what's mentioned in your application (citations, etc) in addition to what they asked for.

When is your 3-year greencard anniversary?

02/11/2020 Case transferred to Vermont Service Center

02/02/2021 NOA2 الحمد لله

02/04/2021 Approval email
02/12/2022 NVC documents submitted

keokeo i need an ask a question to you.. when you sent your n400 application .. did you send copies of your husband citizen certificate??

Dec 12 . I sent my application . And I didn't send my hubby certificate.

Nope, perfectly normal! My local office seems to give preference & priority to those with earlier eligibility dates, thus asking if it's the same rule across the board biggrin.gif

Is it true that some offices schedule based on your earliest eligible date? I guess I'll be put far in the pack then...my 3 year anniversary was 1/8/2013, but was eligible to apply on 12/18/2012. So my guess is that if there were people who applied after their 3 year anniversary, they received priority. Is that correct? Thanks.
