So when did you send your RFE packet?

Correcting my respond date for RFE. Lawyer said, she didnt file yet

Actually I havent... my hubby is taking this very easy going and I am pregnant and not in the best shape to do paper work... he said he was going to make the copies of everything we ansamble yesterday to send the package tomorrow...

Usually the RFE lists specific items that they want. I recommend the tax transcript from your local IRS office, rather than the tax return. Also, you will now be able to include the 2012 transcript as well.

An IRA is an US retirement account. You might have a 401K or 403b? Anyway, it is a way of putting a little money aside for retirement. For any retirement account you name a beneficiary in the case of your death. That could be printed and sent to USCIS

Term life insurance is something I pay $23/month so that if i die in the next 20 years my wife will get $500,000. It is a good idea if you intend to have kids to get life insurance.

I recommend you send

a) tax transcript for joint taxes 2012 (go to your local IRS office).

b) Notarized letters from people that know you. Professionals or a priest are best.

c) Notarized letter from your landlord.

There should be notaries in your area!

Chin up, the USCIS does not deport real marriages - just does not happen!

If you have a TD bank in your area you can go to any branch, they have notary there and is free even if you dont have an account

Keep it up CSC! Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the actual card from the time it was approved for CSC? I see some VSC filers got it in less than a week but not sure about CSC.

The only thing im a little worried about is that my name on the letter i recieved shows my first name Initial only and full last name?

That's how a lot of the USCIS mail is addressed.
