To me it seems like you got one of those "bogus RFEs" that they sent out just to postpone working on the case. We sent almost exactly the same stuff (except I did not include any pictures whatsoever)

Are you sure they got your rfe packet. It shouldnt really be taking this long. I would try to call and see as its been over six weeks since you replied to the rfe. And try to figure out if your packet

I need help, my I -751 return today:-( with a blue paper says resubmit your I 751 with correct filling fees, support documents, and copy of marriage certificate we forgot to sign the I751 form :( :( :( , So I just want to make sure I have it all right this time:

> check is $590.00 (is this the right amount?)

Can somebody help me this is my list:

1.check $590.00

2. completed I-751 (with sign this time)

3. photo copy of green card and passport

4. copy of savings and checking account both in our names

5. copy of tax statement 2011 both in our name

6. copy of boarding pass whe we travel together in japan

7. copy of our old lease apartment both in our name

8. copy of our residential rental agreement both our name

9.copy of health and life insurance our name together

10 photographs of us together at least 20.

11.copy of our marriage certificate and license.

what else I can add for the supporting documents, Thank you very much in advance, merry Christmas and God bless

I don't really understand what the issue is here? You did you not sign I-751, so, of course, it got returned.

The evidence looks alright to me.

Also: "5. copy of tax statement 2011 both in our name" - not sure what you mean there. IRS Transcripts? If so, then that's the best way to do it. If not - get the transcripts.

It's a generic statement they send out when something the applicant (you) submitted fails the guidelines for acceptance.

$590 is a correct fee.

Yep, $590 is correct ... and you remembered to sign the I-751 :) You might want to send a couple of affidavits from family and/or friends ( we sent 3 affidavits and 3 letters ) I also put a cover letter on the front of the packet ... but I'm not sure that is totally necessary.

Affidavits are not necessary in any shape or form if there's other primary proof, which 'confusing' seems to have supplies.

If anything, if RFE is issued (in any of the cases, not just in this), it's nice to have something else in your arsenal to send, something like affidavits, for example.

Affidavits are not necessary in any shape or form if there's other primary proof, which 'confusing' seems to have supplies.

If anything, if RFE is issued (in any of the cases, not just in this), it's nice to have something else in your arsenal to send, something like affidavits, for example.

Weird I am not able to track my EAC number just yet, but figure I'll deal with that problem in 9 months when they actually kick the box with our application. Merry Christmas, that's $590 I could have spent on better things!

Weird I am not able to track my EAC number just yet, but figure I'll deal with that problem in 9 months when they actually kick the box with our application. Merry Christmas, that's $590 I could have spent on better things!

Have to wait for biometrics appointment. It will have a different case # so that would work.
